INGREDIENTS
- 2 Dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Soy Milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup (165g) Fresh Blueberries
- 3 Frozen Bananas (10.5oz/300g)*
- 4 Tbsp (64g) Peanut Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- upload the soy milk (or different non-dairy milk), frozen banana, blueberries, dates and peanut butter to the blender jug.
- combination till absolutely smooth.
- Pour out into two glasses, top with a few clean blueberries and serve.
