INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cup (375 mL) Tex-Mex cheese blend, shredded
- ¼ cup (60 mL) green onion, chopped
- nacho chips, for serving
- 1 cup (250 mL) refried beans
- 1 cup (250 mL) UNCLE BEN'S® NATURAL SELECT® Spanish Style Rice
- 2 cup (500 mL) water
INSTRUCTIONS
- heat the oil in a massive, nonstick skillet set over medium heat. upload the chook, red pepper, onion and spice combination. cook for five minutes or till browned.
- Stir within the UNCLE BEN’S® herbal pick out® Spanish fashion Rice till calmly lined. upload the water and bring to a boil. reduce the heat and simmer for 15 mins or until the fluid is absorbed.
