- 10 Green cardamom
- 25 Gram Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- 25 Gram Cashews
- 25 Gram Raisins
- 500 Gram Milk
- 50 Gram Cream
- A pinch of Saffron
- 1 Kg Basmati rice (semi cooked)
- 100 Gram Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pan upload margarine accompanied through ghee for taste. Throw within the almonds, raisins and cashew nuts and constantly stir it for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- add the semi-cooked basmati rice and mix properly.
- add milk and cream within the sauce pan and placed it on the burner for 5 mins.
- upload sugar and stir for approximately 2 mins.
- upload saffron to the milk and keep it on the burner for 3-4 mins.
- Pour this milk on the rice. cowl it and allow it cook thru for 5 mins.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped veggies.
