you understand how they are saying necessity breeds invention? well I want cheesecake however it is hot out of doors and that i don’t want to apply my oven. Or something else that emits heat. enter the 5 component Layered Mango Cheesecake Parfaits!
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package of graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and stoned
- 8 ounces room temperature plain cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Purée the mango flesh in a food processor till smooth.
- Whisk the cream to smooth peaks. Fold inside the powdered sugar and room temperature cream cheese and beat slowly until integrated.
- Divide graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of four serving glasses.
- Layer mango puree and cream cheese aggregate into every glass. Refrigerate until chilled if favored.
