INGREDIENTS

  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb. fresh salmon cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb. raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1 tbsp. fresh oregano chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. warmth the olive oil in a big skillet over medium-excessive heat. add the onion and sauté for four-five mins, just till it softens and chefs via.
  2. add the garlic, anchovy fillets, and red pepper flakes to the onions and cook for 1 minute.
  3. add the tomato sauce and clam juice and bring to a boil. reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. upload the salmon pieces, shrimp, chopped herbs, and salt. Stir gently. cook for approximately five mins, or until the seafood is cooked thru.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve.
