Tandoori Fish


Flavorful Tandoori Fish is an appropriate appetizer for any meal! Smoky scrumptious Fish is perfect for birthday party! Grilling season is here and we're all trying fantastic grilling recipes,summer season cooler recipes along side masses of Ice-creams.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Nos Fish (I used Indian Mackerel / Bangda)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste-Green Chili Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Tamarind Pulp

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. easy and wash the Mackerel's. 
  2. Soak a lemon sized tamarind ball in 1 Tablespoon heat water for five minutes,then squeeze the tamarind to take pulp. 
  3. Discard any tamarind seeds.
  4. Now in a bowl,blend salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder,ginger-garlic-inexperienced chili paste,tandoori masala,tamarind pulp.
  5. mix properly.
  6. With a knife make slits at the fish.
  7. Now stuff the masala nicely with your fingers within the fish pores and skin,on each sides of fish.
  8. apply last masala at the fish.
  9. keep it aside for 10 mis to marinate well.
  10. Grill the fish on a grilling plate or on a grilling rack in oven too.
  11. I desired this on Grill/Griddle.
  12. attempt adjusting your oven timings for this reason.
  13. revel in with hot steaming rice and curry!!
