REESE WITHERSPOON'S CORN BREAD CHILI PIE

  • 1 (16-oz.) can kidney beans, drained
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
  • Fresh salsa
  • Chopped green onion
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a 9- or 10-inch cast-iron skillet or sauté pan, warmness the olive oil over medium-high warmth till it shimmers. add the onion and sauté for 1 minute earlier than including the garlic.
