Fresh Pineapple Salsa:
  • 1/2 Medium red onion diced
  • 1 Medium jalapeno minced
  • 3 cups fresh pineapple diced (approximately 1 medium pineapple)
  • 1/2 Medium red bell pepper diced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Turkey Burgers:
  1. Preheat grill to medium high warmth.
  2. In a medium sized bowl combine turkey, chiles, onion, cumin, thyme, salt & pepper. mix by hand until elements are properly integrated.
  3. Divide meat mixture in 6 same quantities and roll into balls. Flatten balls into about 1 inch thick patties.
  4. Grill burgers over medium high warmness for about eight minutes on the primary side. The burgers will launch from the grill whilst they are well cooked. If they're still sticking, wait a couple more mins till the come up clean with a spatula.
