Confession time. I’ve by no means been superb at cooking steak and i’ve hardly ever spent any time consuming it.

There’s lots of discussion over whether low carb tortillas are “surely” Keto. I’m not going to get into that nowadays…but i can squash the controversy with an alternative you may make proper now with three Keto staples.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
- 3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Desired toppings (I used green peppers, avocado and salsa)
- 2 6oz top sirloin steaks or meat of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop red meat Rinds in a food processor until absolutely crumbled
- In medium bowl, microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted and blend together (~30 sec)
- add beaten beef rind till combined, then upload egg (blending with wet palms is less difficult for this component)
- If aggregate seems too moist add a touch more pork rinds
- if mixture is cooling and no longer pliable pop in microwave for additional 15-20 seconds
- shape a ball with mixture and location among two portions of parchment
- Roll out until desired thickness (thinner the crispier)
- reduce out circle and location in non stick pan. cook dinner over medium heat 3-five mins until each side is brown
- To prepare steak:
- deliver to room temperature
- Season with favorite steak seasoning, salt and pepper
- Over medium warmness add avocado oil or oil of choice
