- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1–2 tsp Water, to desired thickness
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- Juice of half lemon
- Salt, pepper to taste
- In huge bowl mix salmon, egg, jalapeno, sarayo, red onion, floor beef rinds and seasoning
- shape patties with aggregate (4 massive or five-6 small)
- In non stick skillet, drizzle oil and cook dinner patties over medium heat 4-five mins until each aspect is golden brown and crispy

- combo all elements in food processor until clean
