INGREDIENTS
Chickpea scramble :
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup water
- a pinch black pepper
- 1 tbl nutritional yeast optional
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- a pinch cumin
- 1 tbl oil
- 1 onion, diced
INSTRUCTIONS
- integrate together chick pea flour, water and spices and blend properly.
- In a pan warmth oil and cook the onions until smooth.
