INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small edible candy eyes, for decoration
  • 2 tsp shortening or coconut oil
  • 4 ½ oz semisweet chocolate chips or wafers
  • Orange and green jelly beans
  • Mini marshmallows


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment, put 4 half of oz. semisweet chocolate chips or wafers and a couple of teaspoons shortening or coconut oil in a glass bowl and soften at 50 percentage energy in a microwave at 30 seconds intervals, stirring after every, until melted, about 1 to 2 mins.
