RED VELVET CAKE:

VANILLA CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 box (16 ounces) confectioners' sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. For the Cake, grease and flour 2 (nine-inch) spherical cake pans. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- Beat butter and granulated sugar in huge bowl with electric powered mixer on medium pace five mins or until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. blend in sour cream, milk, food coloration and vanilla. regularly beat in flour mixture on low pace till just combined. Do no longer overbeat. Pour batter into prepared pans.
