QUICK & EASY MEXICAN PIZZAS


I hate to admit it, but while i used to be in middle school and excessive faculty I ate Taco Bell at least once a week. ???? matters have without a doubt changed due to the fact that then, but my love for Mexican pizzas continues to be going robust! INGREDIENTS

  • 8 soft taco flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
  • ⅔ c. red enchilada sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced,
  • 1 small block (8 oz.) colby jack cheese

Optional Toppings:

  • Green chilies
  • Minced cilantro
  • Sliced olives

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a huge skillet set over medium warmness, brown beef and season.
  2. meanwhile in a small skillet set over medium-high warmth, upload the oil. Fry the flour tortillas simply until golden brown, transfer to a paper towel coated plate.
