Vegan eggnog flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg, chocolate, and a hint of peppermint from the candy cane garnish. This is Christmas in a glass.
- One cup of vegan eggnog – Silk brand is our favorite
- 1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder
- 1 crushed candy cane to garnish the rim of the glass (optional)
- 1 candy cane to put in the drink (optional)
- Put the nog and the cacoa powder in a blender and blend until it’s light and frothy. Garnish the rim of the glass with the crushed candy cane and put a candy cane in the glass to use for stirring and to give the drink a slight taste of peppermint.
