Chicken Scallopini


This Chicken Scallopini is made with skinny Spaghetti tossed in a thick tomato gravy sauce with white wine and chook. A quick & smooth meal that kids and adults all like to eat!


 I’ve posted this recipe earlier than. I’ll even admit that I’ve published it two times earlier than. That’s proper. I’m simply way too obsessed on this meal to allow it go, and for that I’m sorry. (not sorry.) I were given the recipe from my mom in law, who in turn were given it from a restaurant in new york. It’s the most wonderful, easy weeknight meal that you and the kiddos will adore. i'm able to pretty a whole lot promise it. The  simple ingredients  inside the sauce combo together within the most perfect way, and when tossed with chook and some spaghetti, it basically will become heaven on a plate. you may also use beef or veal instead.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix + 1 cup cold water
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow onion sliced into thin strings
  • 1 cup dry white wine (you can substitute chicken broth)
  • 8 oz. Hunts tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. thin spaghetti (or slightly less for saucier pasta)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley

Step
  1. Slice the chicken into cubes of equal size. Sprinkle lightly with salt/pepper if preferred and coat in flour.
  2. area the vegetable oil and onion strings in a huge, deep skillet and cook over medium warmness for 5 minutes.
  3. upload the bird and prepare dinner for an additional 10 minutes, stirring once in a while.
  4. add the wine and cook for every other five minutes.
  5. mix the gravy with one cup of bloodless water an add it to the skillet. Then, add the tomato sauce.
  6. Simmer over medium-low for about 25 minutes. in the meantime, boil pasta according to bundle instructions. Drain, and add to the sauce, blending until nicely included. pinnacle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
